Nicole's presence at our team day (team LOT) was valuable; she came quickly to the point and was able to connect excellently with the reality of our daily work. Working with the Disc preference colors related to personality type, introduced by Nicole, brought up many insights that are useful in daily work practice. The morning went by too quickly! If we ever again would like to bring someone from 'outside' to a team day, we will definitely think of Nicole.
