Nicole prepared and executed a 24-hour meeting (afternoon, evening, morning). This was for financial experts from different municipalities, who work together on a committee with an advisory role to the board of the Safety. The meeting was intended to get to know each other better, as well as to improve clarity on rolls and involvement of different interests during advising. Besides from that we wanted the meeting to contribute to form a shared image on the interpretation of the common advisory roll.

In the tender round Nicole stood out with an attractive and varied program proposal which showed that she had listened very carefully to our questions. She was proactive on siting, potential methods and suggestions for the program without imposing her ideas on us. She showed a clear vision to us which was helpfull for the conversation to make the program. Nicole came to me as someone with sensitivity to its environment and attention to detail without losing sight at the main line.

Her own preparation as chairman came to me as thorough and professional. During the meeting Nicole showed that she is perfectly able to be flexible with the program but also tenacious where necessary to meet our targets.

At the end of the meeting, the group had experienced a nice informal way to get to know each other in a different way as during the usual consultations. They exchanged ideas on the working method and the interpretation of their roles.
