Guide for leaders and change
Anyone can choose to show leadership
This is what successful leaders do to achieve change and ambitious goals:
- Consciously set direction, choose and focus.
- Taking others along with them with a clear change story.
- Making concrete together what it looks like and feels when you achieve this and what will be different from now.
- Discovering and utilize all talents.
- Coaching people to contribute optimally.
- Giving responsibility and trust.
- Creating opportunities and clearing obstacles together.
- Showing genuine interest in others.
- Sharing successes and putting others in the spotlight.
- Show vulnerability, for example by sharing your mistakes and learning from them together, instead of shoving them under the table.
- Not wanting to know and do everything yourself, but also asking and accepting help from others.
Turning on the leader in yourself is an inside-out process.
As your guide, I help you discover:
- What your talent is and how you can use it to the fullest.
- What is most important to you, as a professional and as a human being.
- What ambitions you have to become who you want to be.
- How you as a leader can set a movement in motion and achieve sustainable results.
- How you work with your team or the organization and realize successful change.
Leadership and change always go hand in hand.
That change can be small or large, desired or necessary, and is always there.
The trick is to dare to look it in the eye, challenge it and take the lead.
Now you're thinking, nice and logical story, but how does that work for me?
