Annebeth Swan - ABN AMRO - Coaching

Nicole was my manager at ABN AMRO in my first job after college. I just finished school, was still feeling uncertain and not entirely sure how I wanted to fill in my career. She has not only coached me 'on the job' to become a good Human Resource Manager. In addition she has been an important sparring partner for choices and insights for my further career. Through several sessions with themes like; our own team, what do I want, who am I… and so. I came to many insights.

I became a stronger and more self-confident person and the start to a carrier move was set. She was a good leader who made clear what she expected from me, and gave me time and space to develop myself on an open and honest way. Nicole's strength is her authenticity. She listens well but is not easily brought out of balance by what others would think. If she believes in something she goes for it and makes it happen. She challenged me, took me with here and has let me go. In my opinion this is what you might expect from a coach or a leader…because in the end you have to make it come true all by yourself.
